The Mind of ICA 

In this blog, I am excited to share you my thoughts on what book I am currently reading, music I am recently listening, food I am excitedly preparing, and workout routines I am repeatedly doing. 

Books 

To begin with, I am a slow reader.  It takes me usually months to actually finish one, so along my way to finishing it, I might actually give you bits of book review on what I am currently reading.  Don't worry, I am not giving spoilers. 

Music 

I have so many moods every day that the music I listen to varies or some times I don't listen to a music at all.  I am going to share you why I am listening to it or not listening at all.

Food 

I only started preparing food for myself a year ago, and this is not extensive as you are thinking.  I still eat outside, or buy food outside, when I don't have time to prepare for myself.  My work demands more time than you are thinking.  I am just lucky enough to spare this task for myself. 

Workout 

Health is wealth, duh!  Just kidding!  I don't workout that much but given the time and much effort, I do it in office (yes, our office has a gym for its employees) or in condo.  I'll share you some routines I do when doing some workout.
